hot brown sugah opens her trap yet again

fudge nut cake

 

i watched huey's cooking adventure and thought it was a simple cake to make. i did it all in an hour- from scratch. i forgot how much sugar and cocoa powder to add into the chocolate and egg mixture and i used the 'agak-ration' (estimation) technique.

i think i failed miserably.

i added too much cocoa powder and too little sugar.

only dark chocolate lovers would like it.

and i do.

well, if not me, then who will?

oh, you don't need flour for this recipe.

eggs, caster sugar, nuts (any nut u like),dark cooking chocolate, dutch cocoa powder. dah, tu jer (that's it).
